The FITTEST Study is a research project investigating ways to slow or prevent frailty in older adults.
The study is evaluating whether a six-month, supervised healthy ageing program that includes exercise, nutrition support, medication review, social engagement, and health coaching is more effective than providing the same information online. The findings will help inform future approaches to supporting healthy ageing and independence in older Australians.
More information about the study is available on our website: https://www.fitteststudy.au/
